Safety Systems was founded by Dale Decker in 1967. Our first security system was installed in a grocery store, and our first burglar was apprehended within one week. We currently provide security and fire protection services to clients throughout Michigan, and parts of Ohio and Indiana.
Our team of technical specialists, office personnel, marketing representatives and central station operators, all combine to provide our clients with prompt, efficient service.

Insurance: Includes medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life and disability insurance for full-time, regular employees. Safety Systems also offers supplemental insurances.

Vacation Days: Safety Systems offers paid vacations to full-time, regular employees. Vacations hours not taken that are on the employees individual vacation accounts can be paid out if you have taken at least one weeks vacation within the previous year.
Personal Hours: Safety Systems offers personal time per year for all full-time, regular, and salaried employees. If personal time exceeds forty (40) hours total by rolling over to the next year, they will be paid for the difference at the end of the calendar year.
