Safety Systems offers a variety of services to better serve our customers. From Closed Circuit TV inspections to Fire Alarm Inspections to Access Control Systems, Safety Systems can accommodate your needs. In addition to the inspection services Safety Systems also offers central station services and Watchman Services.
Inspection Services Provided
Access Control Systems
Under an Access Control System Inspection Agreement you receive: an annual inspection of all readers, electric strikes, magnetic locks, egress buttons, egress motion detectors, head-end equipment, power supplies, wiring and connectors. Cleaning of magnetic stripe readers and software update if needed.
Closed Circuit TV
Under a Closed Circuit TV Inspection Agreement you receive: an annual inspection of all cameras, lenses, power supplies, head-end equipment wiring and connectors. Cleaning of all lenses and housing and software update if needed.
Fire Alarm Systems
Under a Fire Alarm Inspection Agreement you receive: annual inspection per NFPA 72, which includes a functional test of all smoke detectors, duct detectors, manual pull stations, notification appliances and heat detectors. Under the inspection agreement you will receive semi-annual inspection of the water flow devices and supervisory devices. Alternating years you will have the system calibrated if the system requires. In addition to the fire alarm inspection you receive access to the inspection reports. Every device is bar coded and scanned at the time of the inspection. Inspectors use standard PDAs with Building Reports software to scan safety devices and upload results to a secure, web-based account. As the building owner you can view your inspection reports online, download copies, or have them emailed to you for viewing later offline.
Extinguisher Services

Out continuing education program keeps our service team abreast of new fire and safety methods and techniques, as well as changes in laws and standards.

Central Station Services
Safety Systems offers UL and FM Approved Central Station services. Under this agreement the alarm system is connected to the Safety Systems central station. When an alarm signal is received by Safety Systems they agree to take certain action. Safety Systems Central Station is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Another service available is Watchman service. This service allows the owner to receive reports detailing opens and closes, as well as who armed and disarmed the system.
